Postpaid Mobile connection with Non Nokia handsets - 3rd working day from the day order placed. Postpaid Mobile connection with Nokia handsets - 4th working day from the day order placed.

In some cases of remote and far flung areas, the delivery would require an additional working day for both Nokia & Non-Nokia handsets. ?

Working Day” shall mean, 10 am to 7 pm working hours & any day other than Saturday, Sunday or other day on which the Company’s offices are closed.

Delivery Failuree:

If you fail to take delivery of the purchased items OR if we are unable to find the given address, you would need to contact us at the given contact number mentioned on the "Missed You Card". A maximum of 3 attempts would be made to deliver the handset at the delivery address provided by you.
