Recharge through Web is a facility to recharge your prepaid connection through Tata Docomo website. You can use this service to increase talk-time & Validity for existing Pre Paid Mobile connection. This is the most convenient mode to recharge your prepaid connection…. Anytime, anywhere.
How is Recharge through Web different from buying Paper Recharge Vouchers?
Under Recharge through web you do not require to buy Paper Recharge vouchers of preset denominations. You can choose your own amount and submit your request online. On successful payment, your mobile account gets topped up automatically.
Is this facility available to subscribers of all states?
Yes, this facility is available for all states.
What is the denomination with which I can recharge?
You can either recharge with ‘Top-up Denominations’ or ‘Special denominations, giving benefits like validity, T2T, etc

Is there any additional charge levied by the Bank?
No. there are no additional charges, infact its the most convenient way of recharging prepaid account, anywhere-anything.
How do I recharge through Web / What are the steps for recharging through Web?
Step 1 Enter your Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number.
Step 2 After selecting any one of the above options, the below recharge details will be displayed for confirmation. (Amount, Talk time, Validity, Admin Fee and Service Tax).
Step 3 Relevant payment option should be selected to process the payment. Based on the selection, the relevant transaction details pertaining to your bank account should be entered and submitted. Your prepaid mobile number is successfully recharged!
When will my Bank/Credit Card Account get debited?
Bank Account/Credit Card Account will get immediately debited
Is there any limit on amount/ time of recharge?
Recharge amount and validity will be displayed after selecting the required recharge option.
When can my request be invalid?
A request will be invalid on account of following reasons:
Non existing / Non Tata Docomo mobile number
Post paid mobile number
Customer is not eligible to recharge with the selected Denomination
What will happen if I enter incorrect mobile number?
If the number entered is a valid Tata Docomo Prepaid number then the transaction would be carried out & money would be debited from your bank. Tata Docomo is not responsible for this transaction. However, if the number entered is invalid (i.e a postpaid number or a non Tata Docomo number) refund will be issued within 4 working days.
What will be the increase in talk-time limit?
The amount of transaction determines the talk-time limit and tops your mobile phone accordingly. On successful transaction you will get a SMS with the amount that has been topped up.
Can I cancel my transaction?
Sorry .Once a transaction has been initiated there is no option to cancel it.
Will I receive a confirmation for completion of recharge through the facility?
Sir/Madam, once you complete the transaction there would be a notification on your screen, plus you will also receive a SMS confirming the transaction & the amount that has been topped up.
What if I do not get any confirmation message?
Once the top-up is completed, you will receive a confirmation message. In case on non-receipt of confirmation message, please check the talk-time limit of your mobile phone. If the talk-time does not increase, please contact customer care on 12524.

Step 1 You will then be asked to select the handset that you wish to buy/order
Step 2 I-choose store also offers you the convenience of comparing & choosing a Tata Docomo Prepaid Starter kits from the various plans available
Step 3 I-choose store allows you to choose from a range of Add on Packs which allow you to get the maximum out of your chosen plan
Step 4 I-choose store also allows you to choose your own Mobile Number from a range of numbers available on line
Step 5 You will then be taken to the safe & secure payment gateway for completing your financial transaction where you can pay using your Credit card or Online banking

Delivery Failuree:
If you fail to take delivery of the purchased items OR if we are unable to find the given address, you would need to contact us at the given contact number mentioned on the "Missed You Card". A maximum of 3 attempts would be made to deliver the handset at the delivery address provided by you.

How do I recharge through Web / What are the steps for recharging through Web
Step 1 Enter your Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number
Step 2 Choose between Top-ups and RCV recharge options.
Step 3 Recharge details such as Amount, Talk time, Validity, Admin Fee and Service Tax will be displayed. Click “ Submit ” to confirm and proceed. Click “ Back ”to modify your selection.
Step 4 To make your payment select your preferred bank. Please note that you need to have “Net Banking Access” to your preferred bank account.
Step 5 Login to your Net Banking account to complete the payment.Please make note of your transaction ID for future reference.Your prepaid mobile number is successfully recharged!

Step 1 Sign-Up for Auction.
Step 2 User ID and password will be sent via e-mail/SMS.
Step 3 Bid for selected premium number with an amount greater than the current bid.
Step 4 If the desired number is not available in existing auction list, you can search and initiate bid, if available OR Instantly purchase any desired number that is available by paying BUY NOW amount.
Step 5 Winner will be notified via E-mail/SMS. The payment details will be sent to the customer via email.
Step 6 If you fail to do successful payment within the specified time period, the number will be offered to the next highest bidder so be sure to make the payment in time
Step 7 Select handset of choice
Step 8 It also gives you convenience of comparing & choosing a Tata Docomo Postpaid Mobile plan from the various plans available.
Step 9 Choose from a range of Add on Packs, which make you to get the maximum out of your chosen plan.
Step 10 You will then be taken to the safe & secure payment gateway for completing your financial transaction where you can pay using your Credit card or Online banking.
Step 11 Handset + number of choice will be delivered to you.

Definitions:
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them as under:
  • Buy Now Price? means the maximum price fixed by the Company as ceiling price for the Premium Number.
  • Company? shall mean Tata Teleservices Limited.
  • Customer? shall mean any individual group of individuals, firm, and company lodging a bid for the Premium Number auction, through the Online Store.
  • Minimum Reserved Price? means the minimum price fixed by the Company as floor price for the Premium Number posted for bidding.
  • Online Store? means this website accessible at url address "www.ichoose.in" or through www.cdma.tatadocomo.com and all WebPages contained herein operated by or for and on behalf of the Company.
  • Premium Number? means the special category of telephone numbers belonging to the Company, posted for bidding and sale.
The Premium Number auction is available only for the Customers (above 18 years if individuals) who shall subscribe for new mobile connection and purchase a handset through Online Store and not available for foreign nationals.
In addition to these terms and conditions, Customer shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Electronic Customer Application Form and other documents, which he signs with regard to the bid for Premium Number auction and the terms of use of the www.cdma.tatadocomo.com website. Customer shall have to carefully read the various terms and conditions and disclaimers posted on the website www.cdma.tatadocomo.com and shall be bound by the same.
The bid for a Premium Number shall be subject to Minimum Reserved Price, as determined by the Company and therefore the bid of a Customer cannot be below the Minimum Reserved Price. Every bid, except the first bid, shall be for the incremental amount than the earlier highest bid. All bids will be displayed on the auction page of the Online Store.

The bidding process shall commence at the initiation of the Company or on any Customer putting the first bid. Bidding period for a Premium Number auction shall mean the period during which the Customers, interested in subscribing to the Premium Number, can deposit their bids, which period shall end on the declaration of the highest successful bid at the end of the bidding period or with the declaration of successful ?Buy Now Price? Customer, whichever is earlier.
Customer has the option to subscribe to the Buy Now Price facility, instead of participating in the bidding. The Buy Now Price facility offers a Premium Number at a premium price, which will be higher than Minimum Reserved Price.
Company shall not be responsible for any delay in the processing and submission of successful bid/Buy Now Price, caused due to internet.
Once any Premium Number is allocated to the successful bidder or successful Buy Now Price Customer, it will not be open for auction to any other Customer.
The allocation of the Premium Number shall be subject to, interalia, (i) Customer having a valid address in the state/city to which the Premium Number belongs to, (ii) verification of address by the Company, and (iii) submission of required documents for a telephone connection as per the regulatory norms and the Company?s policies.
On the allocation of a Premium Number to any bidder, the Company shall update the Premium Number auction database.
The prescribed charges for availing the service of Premium Number auction shall have to be paid within the period of 72 hours from the submission of mail confirmation regarding the successful bid by the Company to the successful bidder. But if the successful bidder fails to make the payment in time then the next highest bidder will be offered the Premium Number who shall have to make the payment within the stipulated time.
Customer shall :
  • Comply with all notices, directions or instructions given by Company from time to time with respect to the use of the Online Store for the service of Premium Number auction;
  • Not under any circumstances create or cause a situation whereby other users are affected in their enjoyment and / or use of the Online Store; and
  • Warrant and undertake not to undermine the security or integrity of the computer systems or networks used by Company for providing the facility of the Online Store, including without limitation by importing any viruses, trojan horses, surreptitiously intercepting such systems or networks, and not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.
Customer shall take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing his/her password from time to time) to protect secrecy his/her user Id and password and shall not divulge the same to any other person(s). Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by Customer or any third party due to any wrongful use of Customer?s user Id, account or credit card or other personal information by any other person no matter how much loss or damage is caused. Where a user Id is necessary to access any part of Online Store, Customer shall use only his/her own user Id. Customer shall be responsible to immediately notify Company of any unauthorized use of Customer?s user Id, account, credit card or of any other breach of security known to Customer. Customer (and not Company) shall be responsible for maintaining records relating to Customer?s transactions carried out via the Online Store. Company shall not be responsible to provide historical data or to assist in providing such information to Customer.
Availability of the Premium Number auction shall be subject to change, withdrawal or discontinuance at Company?s discretion without the need to assign any reason to Customer and the Customer is not guaranteed any number selected by him. Company reserves the right to (i) reject Customer?s bid or (ii) refuse the number selected by Customer, without assigning any reasons and assuming any liabilities. Company hereby expressly disclaims any and all liabilities for any inaccuracy, errors or discrepancies on the Online Store in relation to the Premium Number auction or for rejection of the Customer?s bid.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Company, the Company may, (but is under no obligation to) at any time and in its absolute discretion, suspend Customer?s use of the Online Store without incurring any liability whatsoever to any person and for whatsoever reason including without limitation where Company suspects that Customer has been using the Online Store facility in breach of any laws or regulations, or any other warranties contained in these terms and conditions.
Company shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to Customer, or any other party whomsoever, arising on account of any transaction contracted via the Online Store.
These terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to or connected with any these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city in which the main circle office of the Company administering the circle in which the Customer is registered as Tata Docomo subscriber, is located. E.g. If the Customer is registered as Tata Docomo Subscriber in the Tamil Nadu Circle, the courts at Chennai would have exclusive jurisdiction. The law in force on India shall govern the obligations, performance, interpretation and contents.
No failure on the part of Company to exercise, and no delay on its part in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy. The rights and remedies provided in these terms and conditions are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies (whether provided by law or otherwise).
The rights and obligations under these terms and conditions shall not be capable of assignment by Customer and shall be binding on and inure for the benefit of Customer and his/her successors and permitted assigns.
Company shall not have any liability for any delay or default in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control including but not restricted to acts of God, acts of the public, enemy, decrees or restraints by governmental authorities, failure of computer systems, strikes, war, riots, insurrections, civil commotion and other causes of such nature. In any of the events mentioned above, Company shall for the duration of such event, be relieved of any such obligation under these terms and conditions as is affected by the said event, PROVIDED that the provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in force with regard to all other obligations under these terms and conditions which are not affected by such event.
If any provision in these terms and conditions is found or held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the meaning of such provision shall be construed to the fullest extent allowed by law so as to render the provision valid and enforceable, and if no such construction is possible, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions and all provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.
Company reserves the right to change/modify these terms and conditions in any manner from time to time without being liable to assign any reason for the same or to inform the Customer or any third party about such change/s.
Company reserves the right to initiate civil/criminal proceedings and/or other legal action against the Customer in case of breach of any of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
